We kindly ask all of our clients to respect and follow our store policies.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be made online, by calling, text or through email

CANCELLATION

- We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. Please honor your appointment, If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance before your upcoming appointment to avoid a cancellation fee($20).

 

- All cancellations must be made & confirmed via telephone.

 

- If there is no card on file, the amount will be collected before another appointment can be schedule.

 

- Payment in advance may be required when booking future appointments for clients with a history of no shows or cancelled appointments without 24 hours notice.

REFILLS

2 Week – within 14 days 3 Week – within 21 days

4 Week – within 28 days New Set – after 28 days

- We do not perform refill services on work that was done from other salon. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed before receiving your first full set service with us.

FIX POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your lashes and service at Bestie Beauty. In the event that you are not satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of your original appointment and we will gladly Fix your lashes for you complimentary..
